For a good cold herbal tea, leave 1 filter for 7 minutes in 200ml of water or at room temperature. If necessary, use the spoon to perfill the immersion of the filter in the water. For those who want it, add ice or sweeten it to your liking. It is advisable to take 2 cups of herbal tea per day. For a positive drainage effect it is recommended to take the herbal tea for at least 3 weeks.
