For the perfect tea, use one bag for every cup (200 ml), add boiling water without pouring it directly over the bag. Leave to infuse for around 3-5 minutes and sweeten to taste, preferably with honey. It is recommended to take the infusion whenever you feel the need. The tea can be used to gargle and rinse for mouth and dental pain, or for washing and relieving tired and irritated eyes.
Other uses: The most common application is preparing a decotion of mallow for rinsing and gargling for naturally soothing problems affecting the oral mucosae (gums, throat, etc). Bring to boil 3 sachets in 200 ml of water and simmer for around 12 minutes over a very low flame and leave to cool before use.
